Dolce & Gabbana Didn't Attend Their Court Hearing Because It "Doesn't Exist"

Innocent until proven that the case exists.

None

Fashion designers Dolce & Gabbana might need some help. The two decided to skip a court hearing they were scheduled for (that related to tax fraud) because they felt the case didn't exist. Awesome. We know fashion and design can be a form of escapism, but apparently federal charges brought against you can be wished away if you believe it enough.

The case stems from the designers operating their business in Italy even after selling their business to a Luxembourg firm. The design duo skipped out on roughly a 40 percent difference in paid taxes. Sounds like an amazing scheme. Two more hearings will be scheduled on February 6 and February 20, so let's see if they show up.
