The Metropolitan Museum of Art released new web series entitled 82nd & Fifth. The project involves 100 curators from across the museum talking about works from the Met’s collection that changed their view of the world. Each curator talks about their pick for two minutes and eleven Museum photographers visually communicate the curators’ commentaries. Thomas P. Campbell, Director and CEO of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, said "In a sea of constant information, these two-minute, authoritative commentaries are a welcome way to get powerful and compelling content in quick doses. We hope they will intrigue audiences who love the Met and those who are new to art.”

Six episodes are currently posted online. They will be followed by two episodes weekly, every Wednesday at 11:00 a.m., through December 25. Watch an episode here.
