Japanese architect Takao Shiotsuka designed this minimally gorgeous lounge inside the Oita Airport in Japan. It features slatted wood ceilings that curve through the center of the space and look amazing through carefully placed lighting. The furniture is great for relaxing and doing work on central desks. Overall, it has a zen-like atmosphere, reminding us that travel should feel as hassle-free and welcoming as this lounge does.
