That means he holds a reverence over clothing that most guys would talk about let's say, a life-changing album or movie. This attention to detail, factored with Gallagher's relatively young age, make him one to watch. Although he contributes to other publications, his Wax Wane site is the only place you can find gems like making a case for why Law & Order characters represent classic New York style.
