Silicon Valley tech gurus aren’t usually the first people you look to when it comes to style. There’s not much to see when all they wear are hoodies, flip-flops, and jeans. But since everyday is Casual Friday, plenty of employees from tech startups are participating in what they call Formal Fridays. Yup, instead of dressing down like the general workforce, the techies put on their best—which is still not their sharpest. Do they care? Probably not because they’re too busy adding more zeros into their bank accounts than concerning themselves with putting up style points. They’re just having fun. Watch the video below.
