Rare Color Photos of the Beatles' First U.S. Tour to Be Auctioned

Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the release of their first album.

In celebration of the 50 year anniversary of the Beatles' first album, Please Please Me, 65 color photographs (many of which are unseen) will be auctioned off on March 22. The images are from their 1964 tour and were taken by Dr. Robert “Bob” Beck. They show the band's charisma on-stage as well as their intimate moments off-stage. See more of the photos on BBC News.
