Denim brand Citizens of Humanity has started a new video series entitled Just Like You featuring people who have incredible passion for their field of work. This week they have highlighted famed tattoo artist Mark Mahoney who has worked with very famous clients like Rihanna, Johnny Depp, and Lady Gaga.
The video, shot at his studio at the Shamrock Social Club in the Sunset Strip, is an interesting look at what has kept Mahoney driven as an artist. He says, “Find out what you want to do and work hard at it. I’ve been working six or seven nights a week for 35 years because I love it. There’s nothing else I’d rather be doing.”
He has become an icon whose building influence within the tattoo community. Check him out.
