Why It Works: How does retailer H&M follow up a collaboration with Maison Martin Margiela? With the even more off-kilter designer Jeremy Scott of course. His work with adidas Originals shows he isn't afraid to stick to his vision, while items in his own collection like the all-over print Bart Simpson sweater prove he can make stuff that's wearable outside of his fanbase and is in demand.
What We'd Like to See: Affordable versions of scarves made from stuffed animals and a pair of pants made from Beanie Babies and a collection of knitwear inspired by the designers favorite Saturday morning cartoons.
