When the Buffalo Bills take on the St. Louis Rams tomorrow, the players will hit the field dressed in tribute to the team's 1964-1965 AFL Championship season. The Bills are one of the eight original AFL teams, and while they've previously sported this uniform as a throwback—in 2009 it was part of the 50th Anniversary of the AFL celebrations—this weekend marks the first time it has been made up in the Nike NFL Elite Chassis. The highlight is certainly the Red Standing Buffalo logo on the helmet, a team hallmark from 1962 through 1973.
