This Descente H.C.S. hooded parka is down filled and made of Ventile. For you nerds, Ventile is this waterproof fabric developed by English scientists way back when. The only things I know about England are that it invented Ventile and was first unified in 1066 by William The Conqueror at the Battle of Hastings. All you English people reading this should feel free to chime in in the comments section about how that’s a gross over simplification of the rise of a unified England and blah, blah, blah.
