Material girl and pop icon Madonna is selling her 6,000-square-foot duplex on NYC's Central Park West for $23.5 million. She already owns a French chateau-style mansion in Beverly Hills and 20+ acres in the Hamptons, so maybe it makes sense for her to unload this property. Apparently, her neighbors have been complaining of her loud music and dancing, that would "cause the apartment to shake," so maybe that's had something to do with its sale.
In any case, the duplex occupies the 5th and 6th floor and has an art deco interior, designed by her own brother, Christopher Ciccone. If you've got $23.5 million to throw down, maybe this crib is for you. All the neighbors ask is that you keep it down a little.
