Roy Zsidai has over 30 years in restaurant business in Budapest, Hungary. His latest creation fuses local ruin pubs, New York City bars, and the high-end gastronomy his family is known for. The Spiler Bistro Pub, located in a historic landmark, employs a successful hodgepodge of local found objects from designers, flea markets, and even apple farms. The odd mixture works to form a new environment unlike any the city has seen before while keeping the comforts of the traditional pub in mind.
