Ai Weiwei has had a big year. Beyond the release of the documentary about his lifeAi Weiwei: Never Sorry, directed by Alison Klayman, he has a monumental exhibition at the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, D.C., he parodied Psy's "Gangnam Style," and now he's releasing a book titled Weiwei-isms. Adding to the list of his huge accomplishments, despite being unable to leave the country or escape surveillance by the Chinese government, the documentary he's in has been shortlisted for an Oscar along with many exciting titles. Fingers crossed Never Sorry receives a nomination and perhaps even a win.
