Taipei 101 is the second tallest building in the world, with one of the highest outdoor observation decks. It also features an indoor observation deck and double-deck elevators that are the fastest elevators in the world. The tower's design and layout elements are Feng Shui-approved and based around the number "8," considered to be lucky in China. Previously known as the Taipei World Financial Center, the tower rents out some of its floor to the Taipei Stock Exchange and includes the Taipei 101 Mall.
