Sometimes accidental discoveries yield new products entirely. In the process of developing the Lunarlon sole 30 years ago, designers from Nike's Innovation Kitchen department discovered that they could increase stability in the mold by freezing it. Since it became an important part of the sole's creation, Nike decided to create a popsicle mold of the Air Force 1 sole. It's not for sale, but it'd make a dope Christmas gift, right?
