According to researchers, there’s a growing demand in European countries for fashion items with serpent pelts. Poor regulation on the trade leads to half a million python skins exported annually from countries like Vietnam and Indonesia. With the trade of these skins reaching numbers of up to $1 billion annually, it’s only more of a reason for all hands involved to keep going.
