Sequence Jewelry provides jobs to those who have a hard time finding employment and gives ex-gang members a second chance at creating something positive for themselves. Co-founded by former fashion editor Ariela Suster, she employs ex-gang members and at-risk youth from her home country of El Salvador to create a line of necklaces and bracelets. This is a great achievement considering El Salvador is home turf to MS-13, one of the most dangerous gangs in the world. Don't think these accessories are just for women, since more men are stepping up their mewelry game.
