Last month, we revealed that KAWS would be creating a balloon in the shape of one of his most famous characters, Companion, for the 2012 Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. The 40-foot-long balloon is made out of urethane-coated nylon and was intentionally made similar to his well-received Passing Through series, which was shown earlier this year in Harbour City, Hong Kong. If you're at the parade, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for Companion. Chances are, you won't be able to miss it.
