"Bottleware." That's what Nendo is calling the result of a collaborative effort with Coca-Cola to upcycle the brand's classic counter battle. The icon becomes glass blown tableware—dishes and bowls—and debuted at Designtide Tokyo 2012.

Earl R. Dean designed the Coca-Cola bottle in the early 1900s, and the Japanese studio takes care to retain the aesthetic characteristics and pay homage to the classic shapes even when preparing new forms for new functions. The dishes each included are ring of dimples to avoid slipping and Coca-Cola's branding at the base.
