The video "Gangnam Style" by South Korean rapper Psy came out July 15, 2012 and has amassed over 422 million views on YouTube. It's broken records as the video with the most "likes" on YouTube and is the site's most-watched K-pop video. Naturally, he's gained a ton of fans and followers, and a certain fan was eager to show her support. Few know that Psy's making fun of and critiquing Gangnam, a wealthy neighborhood in the South Korean city of Seoul, where young people go to party.  We hope this fan knows the meaning behind the name, and we also hope that "Gangnam Style" stays popular for a while so that this tattoo doesn't become regrettable too soon.
