Mitt Romney changes policies like a sailor switches chicks.

Romney's no stranger to shifting political position. Nor is he opposed to waffling after wedding himself to an idea. Artist Barry Blitt,  toys with the presidential candidate's inconsistency with a humorous play on Norman Rockwell's painting "The Tattoo Artist" (which shows a sailor covered in crossout ladies names) for next weeks cover of The New Yorker. Blitt's illustration is called "Skin Deep." Nostalgic Americana done right.

Blitt has contributed to 250 illustrations and 70 covers to The New Yorker.
