The BINZ is a disused factory area in Zürich, Switzerland, which has been occupied by squatters since May 2006. Home for about 50 people and for a variety of projects, from handcraft to music, theater to art, the space is set to be destroyed by the city in late 2012. In an effort to raise awareness for the plight of the residents, street artist TIKA has added a few new murals to the buildings reflective of the communities artist and spiritual values.
