You guys! It’s Fashion Week! That time of the year when everything stops and people look inquisitively at models standing still and/or walking in a straight line in clothes. Can you feel the crackle of anticipation in the air? Did you plan your outfits? And have you charged your phones yet? Those Twitpics aren’t going to take themselves, homie.

Like Coachella, New Year’s Eve and believing in things, it’s easy to be jaded about Fashion Week. After a few shows, it tends to feel repetitive and the whole see and be seen aspect of hustling between presentations grows tiresome. But there is something to be said for putting on a brave face and a new pair of shoes and making the most of it, for better or for worse.

In the spirit of positivity, here are a few things that can make your experience at Fashion Week all the better.
