On the 11th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks, The Atlantic compiled these stunning images of One World Trade Center's construction progress. Also known as The Freedom Tower, it now stands at 104 floors and has a $3.8 billion price tag, making it the world's most expensive new office tower. The 1,776-foot skyscraper is expected to be finished by late 2013 or early 2014.
