Photographer Viktor Koen explores the colors, shapes, and types of toys in his award winning prints. Next month, he'll bring both his Dark Peculiar Toys and Toyphabet series to New York for an exhibition at United Photo Industries. Dark Peculiar Toys investigates the idea of what a toy is supposed to be and do. In contrast, Toyphabet is more direct with Koen uses vintage toys to create unique alphabets.
The work will be on view from October 4 through 28, 2012.
