When the Swedes go big, they go big—tell us you haven’t been lost inside an Ikea before? Now another Swedish-based retailer will be making a giant mark on NYC. WWD has reported that H&M has signed a lease to open its largest store ever on 5th avenue and 48th street.
There will be six floors and 57,000 square feet of space carrying all the fast fashion retailer's wares, including items other H&M stores don’t carry including maternity goods and their home collection. It looks like the Swedes are solidifying their space in the fast fashion market. [wwd]
