We're all familiar with epic tales of Lo-Life's running amok in department stores to get their hands on the freshest gear, but they may have met their match in Ralph Lauren employee Erica Wang. Over the course of the past year, she's allegedly racked $52,000 worth of clothing, jewelry, and accessories, finally getting pegged by leaving the store with a $6,000 haul she'd been hiding in a storage closet.

The story gets even more amusing when you take into account that Wang had been caught shoplifting while working at Bergdorf Goodman back in 2004 — guess Lauren's Human Resources department forgot to look at that part of Wang's resume. [Racked NY]
