This waterfront property, looking out over the Pacific Ocean on the coast of Chile was designed by Nicolas de Rio and Max Nunez. Armed with the knowledge that the salty sea air is a natural enemy to building, the dui constructed a building that prolongs decay using glass and weathering steel as an air-tights shell. The building is comprised of two levels, offering different views of the ocean. [Inhabitat]
