Yesterday, we noted Black Book Gallery's killer summer group show. Well, turns out Denver has a race for coolest show of the summer. David B. Smith Gallery's collective exhibition opens tomorrow and features firm favorites AJ Fosik, Mark Dean Veca, and a whole bunch of other notable talents. The Clayton Brothers addition, in particular, is exciting as they bring all new work to the Mile High city.
Yuken Teruya's fabulous paper sculpture, formed from McDonald's bags and seen in the first slide, are pretty f'ing ridiculous too.
Group Exhibition opens on August 3 and runs to September 1, 2012.
