Worst: Scarecrow (Batman Begins, The Dark Knight)

Cillian Murphy and Christopher Nolan did a great job doing the Scarecrow character justice on the big screen... but not visually speaking. The same toned-down approach they would later apply to The Joker is tried here with less successful results. The burlap sack he dons here is somehow goofier than the one depicted in the cartoon.
