Best: Mr. Freeze (Batman: The Animated Series)

In the favored Batman cartoon universe, which includes the future spin-off Batman Beyond, Mr. Freeze made the best out of an impossible situation. Unable to let his body come into contact with the outside temperatures, he was forced to wear what was basically a vase on his head while he handled his business. Thankfully, the rest was nice and sleek.
