Worst: Bane (Batman: The Animated Series)

Bane is supposed to be Batman's most physically intimidating enemy, and size-wise that rings true. But all that hulking intimidation is lost when you pan up to that ridiculous luchador mask. Batman got defeated by a glorified wrestler, really? The S&M spikes on his collar in the New Batman Adventures aren't much better.
