The John Michael Kohler Arts Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is a pioneering institution with a focus on outsider and self-taught arts. Over the last two years the Center has partnered with Wooster Collective on "The Sheboygan Project," which finds streets artists from around the world converging in the Upper Midwest. The project is coming to fruition now, with new works landing on the spaces selected by Marc And Sara Schiller.

Paul Notzold's contribution is an interactive digital project that allows viewers to text their desired message and have it broadcast to fellow observers. Pretty awesome.
