IkHa Restuarant Lets Diners Set Their Own Tables

We love "Ikea Hacks." That's why were smitten by Oatmeal Studios design for IkHa, a pop-up restaurant in The Netherlands that gives diners a chance to customize their own place settings. The space is structured by Ikea shelving units, with all meals passed through them to guests on plastic trays. While waiting, diners can cut their own place mats and make flower arrangements as they see fit. Sort of like being a big kid. Or, more aptly, sort of like participating in the next wave of performance based eating. [Frame]
