Stockholm's Clarion Hotel has started a new initiative allowing artists to pay for their hotel room in artworks instead of money. Inspired by the Chelsea Hotel in NYC, the manager of the Clarion decided to adopt its famed tradition, since the Chelsea has been closed. The best part is that they aren't discriminating between "good art" and "bad art," which means drawings, poems, and the like are encouraged and welcomed. [AnimalNewYork]
