British illustrator and designer, Iain MacArthur was born in Swindon, England in 1986. He cites Alphonse Mucha, Gustav Klimt, Lucian Freud and Batman among his influences. MacArthur’s work mixes classic portraiture and illustration with ornate, surreal elements. He primarily uses pencil, watercolor and pigment pens to create his work.
