An art gallery in Johannesburg was recently shut down after two men defaced a portrait of South African President Jacob Zuma. The painting was created by local artist Brett Murray features the President's gentiles exposed. After the gallery received numerous threats about the controversial painting, the gallery decided to close it's doors before anything got too out of hand. Unfortunately for everyone there, that didn't happen as planned.
Two men were apprehended after defacing the work with oil paint. The men branded "X's" across the face and gentiles of the Presidential portrait before being detained by the gallery's security and staff.
