Snoop performing Doggystyle in full? Hell yes! Thanks to Catalpa NYC, a new music festival taking place on NYC's Randall's Island in late July, that dream will be a reality. The event will be headlined by The Black Keys and feature keynote performances by A$AP Rocky, TV On The Radio, Girl Talk, and AraabMUZIK.
In addition to fine music, the festival will also feature the 60-foot inflatable Frisky's Church for spur-of-the-minute (sham) weddings, a magnificent sculpture by Arcadia, and a silent disco tent (where dancers where headphones). All of this was envisioned by founder Dave Foran, Managing Director of Frisky Productions.
The inaugural Catalpa NYC will run July 28 and 29, 2012 on Randall's Island. Visit the festival website for full line-up and ticket information.
