Redefining the the way museums sell merchandise, UXUS has designed new strategies for institutional retail for the TATE Modern. The institution, housed in a renovated power station by Herzog & Meuron, is getting a minor face-lift. Part of the plan is about creating more finely tuned shopping experiences and better connecting the educational potential of the inspirational products offered. The current Damien Hirst retrospective offers the perfect opportunity to test out new modular systems... the guy, after all, knows a few things about slanging art.
