Shepard Fairey's been hard at work in New York's Pace Editions Studio, preparing a series of new graphic screenprints for his first exhibition at Pace Prints. Shepard Fairey: Harmony & Discord promises to tackle political issues. In addition to silkscreen, Fairey has also produced hand painted multiples and embossment and relief prints. The scale is unlike anything Fairey has shown in a gallery setting before, further closing the gap between street and indoor work for the artist.
The exhibition opens Saturday May 5 and will run through June 12, 2012.
