The 2011 Japanese Tsunami affected an entire nation, as well as the small business throughout the land of the rising sun. Japanese ad agency I&SBBDO was approached by a client to reinvent their struggling business and came up with this clever sushi design. I&SBBDO laser cut classic Japanese patterns into paper thin sheets of nori. Each pattern represents different symbols; some of good fortune, others of happiness and longevity.
