Located on Heneage Street, just off London's famed Brick Lane, Phlegm's latest mural (Floodplains) is a banger. He's been confined to abandoned buildings of late, so it is great to see him back in the city with this one. Elongated legs and stilted buildings keep the narrative, and once again he proves a knack for unique utilization of space. [Phlegm]
