LA-born and bred Tofer Chin has been on our radar for several years. Introduced via the all-knowing Hundreds crew, his geometric painting and sculptural installations pull from the brash skate graphics of the late 1980s. Fittingly, the shows title Totally finds inspiration from that same era, Chin proving particularly adept at paying tribute to his street culture past without falling into hackneyed traps of reused imagery.
