The first day of the Nike Olympic Innovation Summit went down in New York today, and although new sneaker releases and technology were the focus, Nike also unveiled the new 2012 Summer Olympics Team USA basketball uniforms that will be worn in London. The lettering on the jerseys have a much different look compared to their 2008 predecessors, using a boxy, more compact approach. The centered letters focus largely on the "S," reminding us a bit of the Superman logo, and the star was left off the new unis. Check how they look on LeBron James, Tamika Catchings, Deron Williams, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant above.
