This summer, MoMA PS1's Warm Up music series will have a unique setting courtesy of New York's HWKN. The firm won the museums' prestigious Young Architects Program award, their monumental structure proposing to create a unique, welcoming environment in the PS1 courtyards. Aside from casting an engaging shadow, the design will also blacks cool air, music, water cannons, and mists to further define the experience in the space. It is all set to open in June. We can't wait. [ArchDaily]
