Apollo Architects & Associates were commissioned by a husband and wife to build Vista House, a three-story home on the edge of a plateau in Tokyo. With sweeping views of the city, the building features walls of windows that allow daylight to filter from the upper floor to the lower levels. There is also a garage just for a motorcycle and a child's play area. Simple fittings and color schemes make the small space unusually warm. [Design Milk]
