The other night, Stephen Colbert informed audiences that he will explore the possibility of running for President of South Carolina. South Carolina doesn't require preregistration to participate in the GOP vote, however, it's too late for Colbert to enter the states primary. It's too bad, because we were looking forward to a debate against Romney and Gingrich. Colbert devised a way to measure the votes he would have received by encouraging the public to vote for Herman Cain (Who is no longer running for President but is still on the ballot in South Carolina).
