Christian Louboutin Gains Ground in Trademark Court Case

French shoe designer Christian Louboutin appeared in court yesterday to support a lawsuit, which would allow him to copyright the signature red soles found on the majority of his shoes. After already losing the case once before, Louboutin and his legal team aim to show a more understanding judge that the illustrious red soles are their creative and exclusive right.
