While teams like Maryland and Oregon have taken to some unorthodox uniform choices to boost the morale of the team and to get recruits hype to rock some of the gnarliest jerseys around, the atmosphere surrounding college football uniforms has definitely changed. That's why a panel of fashion experts created by the Wall Street Journal, including Complex founder Marc Ecko,  evaluated all 67 major-conference teams to determine who had the most and least fashionable uniforms.

The best? The Michigan Wolverines for their coolest traditional maize and blue unis. And the worst? UCLA BruinsColorado and Virginia Tech also received high marks, while Washington State, Clemson and all those damn red and white teams stunk up the joint.
