24H Architecture recently finished the Hatert housing and heathcare building in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. The 12-story apartment tower features free-formed balconies encasing the structure, which makes for a recognizable sculpture from every angle. Balcony chillin' in the Netherlands? Not bad.
